Hi, my name is Albert Teglasi. I am the installation supervisor here at Innovative Kitchen Design.

I have been in the kitchen cabinet industry for over thirty years, where I started in the family business in my teen years working for my dad. I have done every job there is to do with cabinet manufacturing from sweeping floors, staining and painting, cutting and assembly, delivery and installation, design and sales, setting up shop equipment, and the list goes on. Fifteen years ago my dad retired and I struck out on my own manufacturing commercial cabinetry for chain stores such as Jumbo video, Hakim Optical and many others. I started installing for other local cabinet shops and slowly let my manufacturing business wind down. I ended up installing full time for Elmwood Niagara and finally for Innovative Kitchen Design when they became the new local dealer for Elmwood Kitchens.

As of November 2010 I was offered the position of installation supervisor, here at Innovative Kitchen |design where I oversee all the installations. We have 4 full time installers and some casual. I work closely with the designers and installers to make your vision of your new kitchen come to life.

So for future blogs I will be writing about my daily experiences and tips on making the installation process go as smoothly as possible and make it an exciting experience for you the client.
